Squash the Squab keeps only what a case needs.

What we store

For each case we store the first names you enter, the question, each side's testimony, whether each side agreed to be featured, and the ruling. Cases are kept for up to a year, then deleted.

Who can see a case

Anyone with a case's link can read the ruling and both sides once the ruling is in. Only the person with the summons link can answer it. A case is featured publicly only if both people agreed, and only with first names.

The judge

Rulings are written by an AI model from Anthropic. The question and both sides are sent to Anthropic to write the ruling. Ruling videos are made on your own device and are not uploaded to us.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies.
